NOTE: Pricing starts at $30 for a basic keychain design and increases with complexity of the art and size of the accessory. Please wait for an official pricing invoice from Customs By Katie (shipping not included).
PRODUCT INFO
Customs By Katie paints leather and canvas shoes using specialized paint for each material. Once the paint is dry, it is then sealed with a unique formula to make the paint water resistant and firmly stuck on the shoe. If there are any questions about the paint process or longevity of the art, please contact us.
RETURN + REFUND POLICY
Our goal is to make your shoes exactly what you what. That's why we have a thourough process up-front to make sure you and the artist are on the same page before the art work begins. Due to the shoes being custom painted for you, we have a no refund or returns policy. Our high quality paint and sealing process ensures your shoe paint stays on and is kept as well as you treat your shoes.
SHIPPING INFO
First, you either order new shoes or mail your old shoes to the artist once your order is placed. Once the artist receives the shoes, they will begin your art on the agreed upon timeline. When the shoes are done, you will receive a final invoice for the shipping cost back to you. Once you have paid the cost, the artist will ship your shoes back to you through Canada Post. It is not the responsibility of Customs By Katie or the artist to keep the shoes intact once they have been delivered to Cana
